For major projects, bids are advertised in North Central Washington newspapers with a direct link posted on the Regional Port Authority’s website under Bid Opportunities.

For small works projects, professional consulting services, and vendors for purchased services, the CDRPA will utilize the Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington (MRSC) Rosters.

  • New construction, building, renovation, remodeling, alteration, repair or improvement projects under $350,000 utilize the MRSC Small Works Roster. Contractors are encouraged to register for the CDRPA on the MRSC Small Works Roster.

  • Companies offering professional services such as architecture, engineering, design, planning, management, environmental, and other consulting services, are encouraged to register for the CDRPA on the MRSC Consultant Roster.

  • Vendors providing services for supplies, materials, and equipment not being purchased in connection with public works contracts, and other purchased services, are encouraged to register for the CDRPA on the MRSC Vendor Roster.

RCW 53.08.440 states that "any port with more than ten million dollars in annual gross revenues, excluding grant and loan funds, shall maintain a database on a public website of all contracts, including public works and personal services..."   Please click on the link above to view the Port’s current and past contracts.  The contract list is a living and evolving document.  Updates to the list will be posted online at least quarterly.  If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding the Port’s contract list, please call 509-884-4700.

AASF Fire Alarm Replacement

The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority (CDRPA), will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 2:00PM, Pacific Time on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 and publicly open and read aloud at that time on the same day for the following: Contract No. 2026-55, AASF Fire Alarm Replacement

Sealed bids shall be delivered to CDRPA, Attention: Amanda DeSilver, Contract Specialist, at 285 Technology Center Way, Suite 202, Wenatchee, Washington, 98801, Prior to the deadline.

The major items of work include the replacement of the fire alarm system at the AASF facility located at 1 South Campbell Parkway, East Wenatchee, Washington 98802. Bidders should carefully examine all specifications before submitting bids.

Bidding Documents, including Instructions to Bidders, General Requirements, Plans and Specifications may be requested in Portable Document Format (PDF) from the Contract Specialist, Amanda DeSilver at amanda@cdrpa.org. Bidders are encouraged to provide contact information to the Contract Specialist for inclusion in the bidders list and electronic notifications. The engineer’s estimate for this project is $400,000.00. The entire project shall be physically completed within 120 Calendar days.

A pre-bid meeting and site visit at 1 South Campbell Parkway, East Wenatchee, is scheduled for 1:00PM (local time), Thursday, September 24, 2026. Attendance by prospective bidders and major sub-bidders is strongly encouraged.

The State of Washington prevailing wage rates are applicable for this public works project. Bidders are responsible for verifying and using the most recent prevailing wage rates. The “Effective Date” for this project is the Bid Proposal due date above. Hangar Door Maintenance

The CDRPA will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 2:00PM, Pacific Time, on Thursday, October 1, 2026, and publicly open and read aloud at that time on the same day for the Hangar Door Maintenance.

The CDRPA seeks a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to meet the business and operational needs of the CDRPA for the category of work referenced herein. The work shall include Aircraft Hangar Door Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Services at the facilities listed in the Bid Proposal Form.

The CDRPA is seeking proposals from consultants to evaluate the existing technology systems within the Confluence Technology Center (CTC) Meeting Center and develop recommendations for modernization as well as evaluate the current and future market demand for conference, meeting, and hybrid event space to help determine the appropriate level of investment and identify opportunities to increase utilization and revenue.
