Thank you for your interest in doing business with the Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority (CDRPA)!

For major projects, bids are advertised in North Central Washington newspapers with a direct link posted on the Regional Port Authority’s website under Bid Opportunities.

For small works projects, professional consulting services, and vendors for purchased services, the CDRPA will utilize the Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington (MRSC) Rosters.

New construction, building, renovation, remodeling, alteration, repair or improvement projects under $350,000 utilize the MRSC Small Works Roster. Contractors are encouraged to register for the CDRPA on the MRSC Small Works Roster.
Companies offering professional services such as architecture, engineering, design, planning, management, environmental, and other consulting services, are encouraged to register for the CDRPA on the MRSC Consultant Roster.

Vendors providing services for supplies, materials, and equipment not being purchased in connection with public works contracts, and other purchased services, are encouraged to register for the CDRPA on the MRSC Vendor Roster.

RCW 53.08.440 states that "any port with more than ten million dollars in annual gross revenues, excluding grant and loan funds, shall maintain a database on a public website of all contracts, including public works and personal services..." Please click on the link above to view the Port’s current and past contracts. The contract list is a living and evolving document. Updates to the list will be posted online at least quarterly. Rosemount / Emerson US IB-5 Tenant Improvement

Sealed bids will be received by Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority for the construction of Rosemount / Emerson US IB-5 Tenant Improvement in Wenatchee, Washington:

by 10:00 AM, April 8, 2026

at 285 Technology Center Way, Suite 202, Wenatchee, Washington, 98801

The project includes demolition of selected interior construction of the 40,200 square foot building including, concrete equipment foundations and pads, steel wall framing, cabinets, steel doors and frames, wood doors, overhead doors, drywall, suspended ceilings, floor finishes, painting, restroom accessories, fire sprinkler system modifications, associated mechanical and electrical work, and additional work as shown on drawings.

A pre-bid tour of the project is scheduled for March 26, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Attendance by prospective bidders and major sub-bidders is strongly encouraged.

Bidding Documents, including Instructions to Bidders, Form of Agreement, General Requirements, Drawings and Specifications entitled “Rosemount/Emerson US IB-5 Tenant Improvement, Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority” are available in Portable Document Format (PDF) and may be requested from the Architect. Documents may also be examined at various construction councils and builder association plan centers, a list of which is available from the office of the Architect.

MEP Consulting Services

The CDRPA is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified, licensed mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) firms for the purpose of providing MEP consulting services for a variety of projects identified by the CDRPA.

All interested proposers must notify the RFP Coordinator, Laura Camarillo Reyes, at: Laura@CDRPA.org to register and be included in the Proposer List. A complete copy of the Request for Qualifications may be requested from the RFP Coordinator.
