The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority is the first of its kind in Washington. The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority is the principal economic development agency for Chelan & Douglas Counties. The Port of Chelan County and the Port of Douglas County voted to functionally consolidate as of January 1, 2020 and operates as an independent government entity under the provisions of Title 53 of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW).
The Board of Directors, three commissioners from Douglas County and three commissioners from Chelan County, meet regularly on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Special meetings are called occasionally. Additional information can be found under the Board Meetings section.
