The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority is a public agency, and per Chapter 39.12 RCW requires local government contractors and subcontractors to pay prevailing wages to all workers for all public works and maintenance contracts, regardless of the dollar value of the contract. Prevailing wage rates are updated twice per year, on the first business day in February and August, and take effect 30 days after publication.

Accor Technology Building HVAC System Improvements
The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority will receive sealed bids at 285 Technology Center Way, Suite 202, Wenatchee, WA 98801, no later than October 7, 2025, at 1:00 PM PST.
Project Location: Accor Technology, Inc., 3310 5th Street SE, East Wenatchee, WA 98802
Scope of Work:
This project will upgrade the building’s HVAC infrastructure by replacing the existing systems with energy-efficient heat pumps, eliminating the need for natural gas piping. The scope includes:
· Demolition and removal of existing gas piping.
· Installation of new heat pump systems in both office and production areas.
· Integration of a Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) in the production area to enhance ventilation
A mandatory Bidder site visit and pre-bid walk will be held September 25, 2025, at 11 am. Please contact Nick Rohrbach, Construction Project Manager, with questions. All prospective Bidders are required to attend. The purpose of this visit is to observe existing conditions, observe Accor Technologies operations inside (that will continue to operate during construction), address any questions and provide clarity on the project scope.

Malaga Water System Improvements
Phase 2 Meadow Lake Reservoir
Sealed bids will be received by the Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority (CDRPA) for construction of the Malaga Water System Improvements Phase 2 Meadow Lake Reservoirs Earthwork project. Work to be performed includes: Site grading, including excavation and fill to achieve design elevations. Work will include construction of a new access road, installation of stormwater management infrastructure including an infiltration pond and associated storm utilities, and construction of a retaining wall.
