CDRPA Security Patrol and Guard Services
The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority (CDRPA), Washington, will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 11:00 AM, Pacific Standard Time, on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 285 Technology Center Way, Suite 202, Wenatchee, Washington, 98801 for the Security Patrol and Guard Services.
The CDRPA seeks a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to meet the business and operational needs of the CDRPA for the category of work referenced herein. The work shall include nightly security patrols at multiple CDRPA properties. On request, Contractor shall provide on-site guard services.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Monday, November 24, 2025, at 9:00 AM, at 285 Technology Center Way, Wenatchee, WA.

Bidding Documents, including Instructions to Bidders, Purchased Services Agreement, General Requirements, and Specifications may be requested from the Contract Administrator and may also be examined at various construction councils and builder association plan centers, a list of which is available from the Contract Administrator. Bidders who are bidding without procuring documents from the Contract Administrator are encouraged to provide contact information to the Contract Administrator for inclusion in the bidders list and electronic notifications. Failure to acknowledge addendums issued during bidding may render bids nonresponsive.

The CDRPA seeks vending and coffee services to provide refreshment options at three Port locations: Pangborn Memorial Airport, Pangborn Aviation Services (FBO), and the Confluence Technology Center.
Proposals will be received electronically by 3:00pm (local time), Thursday, November 20, 2025.

Direct Purchase of Limited Tax General Obligation Bond, Series 2025 (Taxable)
The Port of Chelan County (the “Port”), is requesting proposals for a direct purchase of its fixed-rate Limited Tax General Obligation Bond, Series 2025 (Taxable) (the “Bond”). The Bond is being issued to fund the construction of two T-hangar buildings and one box hangar building located at Pangborn Memorial Airport.
