Security Camera Upgrades
Sealed bids will be received by Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority 285 Technology Center Way, Suite 202, in Wenatchee Washington for the construction of the Security Camera Upgrades in Malaga and East Wenatchee, Washington.
Time limits for receipt of proposals are as follows: Section 00 41 00 – Price Proposal must be received by 2:00 pm, October 7, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be considered.
The Work under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, software, licensing, programming, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete and operational Video Surveillance System (VSS) across four (4) locations as described herein. Work is organized by location for the purpose of pricing. Each location shall constitute a separate bid line item.
Contractor shall provide conduits and pathways, as needed.

One pre-bid walkthrough will be conducted. The date for the walkthrough is as follows: October 1, 2026, 1:00pm, meeting at Pangborn Memorial Airport Terminal (1 Pangborn Drive, East Wenatchee, Washington) and progressing to the General Aviation Terminal, the Trades District and finishing at the Malaga Cooling Water Disposal Facility. Attendance of the walkthrough is not mandatory. Please register with Contract Specialist, Amanda DeSilver at amanda@cdrpa.org by September 25, 2026 if you plan to attend.
This Request for Proposals is subject to the Prevailing Wage Laws of the State of Washington for projects located in Douglas County. Any bid you submit must reflect a rate not less than this amount. These bids may be reviewed for compliance during routine audits by the state examiner from the Washington State Auditor’s office. The CDRPA reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract with the Contractor for noncompliance with the Prevailing Wage Laws.
The “Effective Date” for this project is the Bid Proposal due date above. Bidders are responsible to verify and use the most recent prevailing wage rates. AASF Fire Alarm Replacement
The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority (CDRPA), will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 2:00PM, Pacific Time on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 and publicly open and read aloud at that time on the same day for the following: Contract No. 2026-55, AASF Fire Alarm Replacement
Sealed bids shall be delivered to CDRPA, Attention: Amanda DeSilver, Contract Specialist, at 285 Technology Center Way, Suite 202, Wenatchee, Washington, 98801, Prior to the deadline.
The major items of work include the replacement of the fire alarm system at the AASF facility located at 1 South Campbell Parkway, East Wenatchee, Washington 98802. Bidders should carefully examine all specifications before submitting bids.

Hangar Door Maintenance
The CDRPA will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 2:00PM, Pacific Time, on Thursday, October 1, 2026, and publicly open and read aloud at that time on the same day for the Hangar Door Maintenance.
The CDRPA seeks a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to meet the business and operational needs of the CDRPA for the category of work referenced herein. The work shall include Aircraft Hangar Door Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Services at the facilities listed in the Bid Proposal Form.
