Malaga Water System Improvements Phase 2
West Malaga Road Water Mains
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority (CDRPA) for construction of the Malaga Water System Improvements Phase 2 West Malaga Road Water Mains project. Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: Construction of approximately 9,000 linear feet of transmission water mains, pressure reducing valve and vault, valve vaults, surface restoration and related work in accordance with the contract plans, special provisions, and the WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications.
Bid proposals will be received only at, CDRPA, 285 Technology Center Way, Suite 202, Wenatchee, WA, 98801, by 9:00:00 am on May 14th, 2026, at which time they will be opened, read, and tabulated publicly. Order of magnitude is approximately $5,900,000. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered.

Wallace Road Water Mains and Reservoirs
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority (CDRPA) for construction of the Malaga Water System Improvements Phase 2 Wallace Road Water Mains and Reservoirs project. Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: Construction of two 0.75 million gallon AWWA D110 type 1 prestressed concrete reservoirs, earthwork, underground utilities, drainage systems, electrical and controls, water main pipe installation, surface restoration and related work in accordance with the contract plans, special provisions, and the WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications.
Bid proposals will be received only at, CDRPA, 285 Technology Center Way, Suite 202, Wenatchee, WA, 98801, by 10:00:00 am on May 6th, 2026, at which time they will be opened, read, and tabulated publicly. Order of magnitude is approximately $15,000,000. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered.
